Refund policy

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or even exchange for same item if available. Cards are non returnable and non refundable. All sale items are non returnable and non refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of returned item if available. For over 30 years in business, we inspect each item multiple times before shipping and photograph items for quality control referencing, so rest assured, this happening to you is most unlikely! Please note that handmade items may have slight variations due to the one of a kind nature and consider your item unique for you!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:  custom products (such as special orders or products signed by the artist to the customer/recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
